TagSmith-PDF — Accessible PDFs with built-in AI alt text
Making a PDF accessible means rebuilding its structure, setting the language, fixing headings and tables — and describing every photo, chart and diagram for people who cannot see them. TagSmith-PDF does the mechanical work for whole folders on your PC, checks each result with veraPDF 1.30.2 against PDF/UA-1, and puts a suggested description under every picture so you only read, adjust and accept. Measured on 0.7.0: 97 of 97 real public-sector PDFs fully conformant.
- Repairs PDFs to PDF/UA-1 (ISO 14289-1): tags, language, metadata, headings, tables, links, fonts
- Converts first: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, Markdown and EPUB; scans read with built-in OCR
- Validates every file with veraPDF 1.30.2 — PASS, or a list of what is still open
- Built-in AI drafts alt text for every picture on your PC; each draft stays marked until you accept it
- Hear what a screen reader hears: reading order, headings, and what a listener would miss
- Reports: before/after HTML, audit.csv, Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT® 2.5 layout), EU accessibility statement

EAA Alt-Text Batcher
Describes a whole folder of images for screen readers with a vision model that runs on your PC, in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish or Italian, and writes the results to a CSV next to your images. The AI suggests; a person decides.
DossierDesk
Local-first dossier search and Peppol e-invoicing for Dutch offices: search digital and scanned documents on your own machine, enrich with Kadaster data (your own subscription needed) and generate UBL 2.1 invoices in the Peppol BIS 3.0 / NLCIUS layout.
RedactSmith
Finds personal data in a PDF and physically removes the text or image regions you approve, then checks the saved file. A prototype: not for sale and not yet validated for production redaction.
